Lake George swims

Lake George is a long (51.8 km), narrow (1.6-4.8 km) lake in upstate New York near the Adirondack Mountains. Diane Struble was the first to swim the length in 1958. Five others duplicated the feat through 1983. All modern Lake George swims (2016 to present) have been documented through MSF.
